How long does setup take?
Most shops are working in Sunwell within a week or two. We import your data and set up your templates and pricebook first, so your team starts with real records.
Is there a setup fee?
No. Guided setup is included on every plan. If you want us to move your existing data, migration is $750 on Starter and Growth and $1,500 on Pro, and it is free for founding shops.
Do I have to sign a long contract?
No. Monthly plans can be cancelled any time. Annual plans are cheaper and billed once a year.
Who owns my data?
You do. You can export your customers, jobs and invoices whenever you want, including if you leave.
Can you move us off our current CRM or spreadsheets?
Yes. Send us an export from your current system or your spreadsheets and we bring over customers, properties, open jobs and your pricebook.
Does it work for my trade?
Sunwell is set up for roofing, HVAC, plumbing and electrical shops, with job types, templates and pricebooks for each. If you run another field trade, ask us.
Will my crews actually use it?
Crews see only what they need: today's jobs, the address, the checklist and a camera button. Most techs are comfortable after one short walkthrough.
