These terms govern your use of TradeLine, a CRM platform for field sales and service teams provided by TradeLine (“we”, “us”). By using the app you agree to them. If your organization has a separate written agreement with us, that agreement governs and these terms supplement it.
Your account
TradeLine accounts are provisioned by an organization. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account. Access is granted by your organization and may be changed or revoked by it.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- access data you are not authorized to access, or attempt to bypass access controls;
- interfere with, disrupt, or reverse-engineer the service;
- use the service to violate any law or the rights of others.
Your data
Content you enter belongs to your organization. You grant us the rights needed to host, process, and display it to deliver the service. Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.
API access and integrations
Organizations can enable integrations or issue API credentials to third parties they trust (for example, a marketing agency). Anyone accessing the platform through an API key or integration may use the data only to provide services to the authorizing organization, must protect it with reasonable safeguards, and must not sell it, use it for data brokering, or use it for third-party ad targeting or building advertising profiles. The organization is responsible for the third parties it authorizes and should revoke access that is no longer needed.
Text messaging terms
Program. Businesses that use TradeLine send text messages to their own customers through the platform. The business that texts you is named in the message. These texts are about your service request, estimate, project, invoice or appointment: appointment reminders, on-my-way notices, links to proposals, invoices and payments, and replies to your questions. Promotional texts, such as offers or follow-ups about work you have not hired us for, are sent only to people who agreed to them separately in writing.
Consent. Agreeing to receive texts is not a condition of buying anything. You can agree on a web form, in a signed document, on a call with our team, or by texting START to the number that texted you.
Frequency and rates. Message frequency varies with your appointments and projects. Message and data rates may apply.
Opt out and help. Reply STOP at any time (STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END and QUIT also work). You will get one confirmation and no more messages from that number. Reply START to turn texts back on. Reply HELP for help, or contact support@trytradeline.io.
Carriers and sharing. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. We do not share mobile phone numbers or text-messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. See the Privacy Policy and Terms.
Service availability & changes
We work to keep the service available and reliable, but we may modify, suspend, or discontinue features. We may update these terms; material changes will be posted here with a new effective date.
Disclaimers & liability
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, TradeLine is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
